Instructions:
1. Click on the link at the bottom, a window will appear requesting basic information
2. Select your country from the Country list
3. Fill the Phone # field beginning with your area code right after the country code that appears
4. Write down your extension number (if any) and select Live Person.
4. Enter your name and email so we can answer any pending questions or concerns after the call
5. Write the code that appears in red characters in the Secret field (this is done for security purposes)
6. Select the time convenient for us to call you in the When field (the default option is Now)
