Travel For Care Featured in Chicago Booth Magazine

Travel For Care was featured in the quaterly publication of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business Magazine. Its Winter 2010 edition includes news on Gabriel Senior (Class of 2006) founding Travel For Care. This magazine provides news on alumni, faculty, research, the school, and also serves as a tool to keep the Booth network tight and connect all alumni with potential business opportunities.
Our Founder and CEO, Gabriel Senior was invited to deliver a presentation at Monterrey's top private university, the Monterrey TEC. The audience, although mainly comprised of industrial engineering, business, and international relations students, also included members of the University's faculty and other guests that came to learn about the medical travel trend and the Travel For Care story. Mr. Senior's presentation and Q&A session was one among the select group of case studies that complement lectures in an mandatory course on entrepreneurship given by Professor Jose Antonio Fernandez Garza to students of all ages and backgrounds. As Prof. Fernandez states: "We're lucky to count on Mr. Senior to have him share not only his knowledge on this promising Medical Travel trend, but also his valuable experience as a young businessman, and I hope he serves as an inspiration to all aspiring entrepreneurs."
Medical centers that specialize in a certain field are the trend in the US. However, foreign medical hubs in which practices are usually generalistic are not falling behind. A new Hand-To-Elbow center just opened in Monterrey, Mexico, staffed by US-trained specialists and offering unbelievable prices that appeal to locals and Americans alike.
